Note: The files below are examples of work-in-progress in which programs are documenting and aligning their program outcomes with their course offerings on the first page of the workbook. They also show the alignment of General Education outcomes with their own Program Outcomes on the second page. Then on the third page they map their assessments related to their outcomes. They choose "Introducing," "Reinforcing," or "Assessing," under the appropriate outcomes for each course. These alignment workbooks were first created in 2009-2010 and received feedback for revisions related to the articulation of learning outcomes.
The Performance Summaries also shown on this table were developed in a large group meeting Oct.2012 in which most programs sat down in groups and reviewed data sets and discussed the accomplishments and challenges they are facing. The second page shows some of the conclusions and next steps they developed based on this annual conversation-driven data analysis and performance review. More of these documents are being added as they become available.
