Change of Major
To change your major, you must complete, sign, and submit
the Student Records Information Form below to any campus Answer Center.

PLEASE NOTE
Valencia College cannot process your requests via e-mail,
fax or over the telephone. Both Federal and State laws on student
privacy require that we have your original signature
on the request.
