About the TEAS V
The Test of Essential Academic Skills (TEAS) is required to enter most Health Sciences programs.
- Valencia College offers TEAS V (version five) for entrance into the nursing and other Allied Health Programs.
- The TEAS V is a computerized test consisting of 170 multiple choice questions with a time limit of 209 minutes for the test.
- Reading contains 48 questions and is timed at 58 minutes
- Mathematics contains 34 questions and is timed at 51 minutes
- Science contains 54 questions and is timed at 66 minutes
- English and Language Usage contains 34 questions and is timed for 34 minutes
- There is a $50 charge each time the test is taken
