Return Policy

Book
Returns
If you drop or change a course or buy the wrong book(s),
you may return the textbook(s) for a full refund if:
- You have not written in the book(s),
- You return the book(s) during the first two weeks the class
meets for Fall, Spring or Full Summer terms. (Dates are posted on the Bookstore splash page and in all stores as well as printed on your register receipt.)
- You return the book(s) during the first week the class meets
in Summer A, Summer B or any Flex Classes during all other terms.
- You have a copy of your register receipt for your purchase.
- The books are in the same condition you bought them (no marks
in new books),
- Your check has cleared the bank (if you paid by personal check, 5 business days).
