Foreign Currency Payments

Valencia College accepts online tuition payments made in a foreign currency through our international payment portal, powered by Flywire.

The international payment portal allows you to:

  • Execute, track and confirm your foreign currency tuition payment to Valencia online;
  • Choose payment options from your home country;
  • Access a 24/7 multilingual Customer Support Team;

How to Make a Foreign Currency Payment

  1. Sign into Atlas. Click the Student tab, Account Summary and Tuition Payment Option, and Submit Your Payment Online.
  2. Click Make Payment in the top toolbar and select Foreign Currency as your method of payment. Please note that if you are paying in US dollars, you need to select one of the other payment options.
  3. Select your home country from the "Country" drop-down list and your preferred payment method and currency.
  4. Enter the required information to identify and process your payment.
  5. Complete your payment. (For bank transfer payment methods, this means you would send your funds to the bank account information provided by Flywire.)
  6. Track and confirm your payment at any time through your Atlas account or contact Flywire's multilingual customer support team using the contact information provided below for additional assistance.

How to Make a Foreign Currency Payment on Behalf of a Student

A student may create a "Parent PIN" for any authorized user he/she wishes to provide the ability to view his/her current balance and make secure online payments by foreign currency. Only the student can create a Parent PIN. The student may also inactivate a Parent PIN at any time at his/her discretion.

To create a Parent PIN:

  1. Login to Atlas
  2. Click on the "Students" tab
  3. Under "Student Resources" click to expand "Business Office"
  4. Click on "Account Summary and Tuition Payment Options"
  5. Click on "Submit Your Payment Online"
  6. Click on "Add New" under Parent PINs to create an account

The authorized user will receive an email providing additional instructions on how to complete their account. After the authorized user has been verified the account setup by the student, they may log onto Valencia ePayment to make a payment. Refer to How to Make a Foreign Currency Payment section above for additional information.

How long will it take before Valencia College receives my Bank Transfer or Online Payment?
