All deliveries to the hotel must be arranged in advance by the exhibitor. Please notify the hotel prior to shipping packages by calling 407-206-2400. Shipments cannot be received more than five working days prior to the conference.

The hotel applies handling service charges, based on weight, for receiving and/or delivery of all packages. Storage fees will be applied to any packages arriving more than five days prior, or still remaining three days after the conference, based on the size and quantity of the packages.
