Two-Year Program Review Cycle

Question: How do I review an outline without destroying the history of the outline currently there, and also make sure that everyone knows this is an outline that is being reviewed?

Answer: In order to have each department review and vote on the outlines being reviewed, we believe that the best way to do this is to make a copy of the existing outline (a screen shot showing how to do this is below); add the number two in parentheses next to the course name, e.g., Intro. to Radiography (2); proceed to make any changes; and then send for a vote. Doing it like this should give us a way to pull reports later that will show us which outlines have been reviewed vs. the original outlines.
