Dual Enrollment
Prospective Students
To get started with Dual Enrollment, interested students should consult with parents/legal guardians and high school
guidance counselor to determine your eligibility for the challenge of college level coursework. The DE application
and college-level test scores in reading, writing and math (ACT, SAT, PERT) must be on file in the DE office by the
designated deadline for the desired term of enrollment. Scores from ACT/SAT must be original reports or sent directly to Valencia from College Board.
Students must maintain a high school GPA of 3.0 and a
Valencia GPA of 2.0 to remain eligible for DE participation. Academic Probation, 2/more withdrawals, or Academic Warning with less than a 2.0 will result in dismissal from program. Grades earned in these courses will be on your college transcript forever so do your best!
