
There is a place on Valencia’s admissions application to indicate your desire to Direct Connect to UCF. You can also join at any time during your college career by contacting either a Valencia advisor or the UCF advisor on Osceola or West campus.
The 2+2 guarantees A.A. graduates admission to one of the 11 state universities and not necessarily to one of your choice. Once you have indicated your participation in Direct Connect, Valencia and UCF work together to prepare you for completion of your bachelor’s degree.
No. You cannot transfer with an A.A.S. degree or a certificate. To transfer to UCF, you must receive either an A.A. or A.S. degree. With Valencia's A.A. degree, you can transfer into a variety of Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science (B.S.) programs at UCF. With Valencia’s A.S. degree, you can transfer into the Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.S.) program at UCF with a specialization in one of six areas.
