What did you learn about yourself through the internship?

What I have learned about myself through this internship is that I am able to complete tasks that I never knew possible! I was concerned with going into this communications internship with Clear Channel because I wasn't a hundred percent sure of myself. Now, I am confident enough to talk in front of people, be myself, and the most important realization I have had is that nothing you do in this world comes easy. Over the past couple of months I have worked very hard at making sure I am two steps ahead of my goals.

What benefits did you gain from doing an internship?

The benefits of this internship have been amazing. I can't praise my supervisor, Brody enough. He has taught me so much, and truly made me realize that if you want to be successful it takes hard work and dedication. It also doesn't hurt that I have had the privilege of meeting and interviewing a few famous entertainers, while at Clear Channel.

not able to after high school because of my test grades. I believe this internship set me apart from the rest of the applicants. Besides that, I made new friends and learned a lot about the field of news journalism. I learned how to do a lot of things I wasn’t sure on before, and I also became a better writer. This internship was definitely for the better, and I’m so glad I decided to do it.
