These reports may be generally beneficial to anyone involved with scheduling.
||Provides the ability to report the Enrollment at the end of any particular Date. User is prompted for the Date, Term, FTE Campus, and Department.
||Provides the ability to report the Enrollment at the end of any particular Date, the same as CLSCH0115 except with different parameters. User is prompted for the Date, Term, FTE Campus, and Deanery.
||Allows user to identify available rooms that match their criteria (Term, Part of Term, Campus, duration, capacity, and time window)
||Identifies scheduling conflicts in a room. Lists the rooms and times when more than one Section and/or Event are scheduled in the same room at the same time. There are some legitimate reasons for multiple sections to be scheduled at the same time (i.e. lecture/lab).
||Created for Access Control security. Generates a list of Professors and the rooms in which they are scheduled to teach. One row per Professor with a list of all rooms regardless of campus.
||Same as RS009 except if a Professor teaches on multiple campuses they will have one row for each campus. This can be used in Excel to filter on a particular campus.
||Identifies if a Professor is scheduled to teach more than one section that meets at the same time but in different rooms.
||Identifies days and times when a Professor is scheduled to teach more than one Section. More than one CRN at the same time (they may be in the same room).
||Allows you to see room attribute values for a particular term. This report has been updated to include the Technology Tier, Deanery, and room type (Classroom / Lab).
An online form is available to request access to the Data Warehouse. Supervisor approval is required for general access and AVP approval is needed for access to secure areas.

The Data Warehouse provides end users with access to the information they need for
making or operational purposes. It is for reporting purposes only and, therefore, is a Read-Only environment, users cannot change any of the data on the Data Warehouse.
Interactive slice and dice analysis can be performed online easily. There are web-based tools and the Microsoft Office add-in that allows data to be returned into analytical tools like Excel.
The "DW Login" links on this page will take you to the online Data Warehouse tools. Once you receive training and your access is authorized you will be able to access the Data Warehouse using your Atlas logon ID and password.
Data Warehouse Update Schedule
All data in the Data Warehouse is updated nightly, both transaction detail and summary data (or cubes). The transaction detail data will be updated twice during the day and requires the Data Warehouse to be unavailable for 1 hour. The updates will be performed twice a day at 11:30AM and 3:00PM Running reports during this time will produce inaccurate results. Make certain your report completes and returns data before the refresh begins.
Since the Data Warehouse is a separate database from the Banner system, running reports on the Data Warehouse during peak usage of the Banner system (during enrollment) will not impact performance on Banner.

Access to the Data Warehouse will not be available from 11:30PM until 5:00AM for maintenance reasons.
