Effective January 10, 2012, you will be able to update your office location in Atlas, which updates your campus contact information in the Online Phone Directory. You will have access to update your campus information including preferred name, phone number, mail code and office location in the Atlas Employee Tab.
Office locations will only be displayed on the public Web site phone directory, not in Outlook. We are working to add this soon. All other information will be updated in Outlook every 30 minutes.
It is important to keep your information current to assure the 911 emergency databases are accurate.
Log into Atlas
Click the Employee tab
In the Employee Services channel; click update address and phone
Under Addresses and Phones; click the current link under EmployeeCampus/Mail Location
Add or update your office location in the Address Line 3 field (E.G. 3-219)
