• Meet with Facilities
• Develop a preliminary design
• Meet with faculty/staff or committee to discuss their needs and the preliminary design
• Finalize standard design
• Present final design to departments
• Scheduling of room for renovation
• Scheduling of Facilities
• Scheduling of equipment installation
• Scheduling of training
• Maintenance and tech support
• End of semester faculty open forum
