  2. Click Submit.
  3. Your manager/supervisor will receive a copy of the form.
  4. Your manager/supervisor will need to forward the request form to oithelp@valenciacollege.edu with the subject of "Software approval for..."

 I understand that this computer software is copyrighted, and I will not copy or distribute it other than required to install it on my home computer. This software is licensed and provided for college use only and is not to be distributed to students. The software media you are receiving is a single user license and may only be used while in the employ of Valencia College. After employment the software needs to be uninstalled. Do not return the media to OIT.
