NOTE: MAKE SURE YOU ARE LOOKING AT THE CORRECT WINDOW!
Sometimes the PDF file may open up in your task bar instead of opening on top of your browser window, which makes it seem as if it didn't open at all! If you clicked on a PDF, and it looked like nothing happened, check your Windows task bar to see if the PDF has opened there, then select the PDF from the pane in your taskbar.
