Hosted on Navigator. Registration is required for participation.
Follow these steps to register:
- Log in to Navigator from Atlas
- Click on the Courses Tab
- Click on "Internship & Jobs Navigator" on the bottom left. - Under upcoming events select "Spring 2021 Virtual Job Fair"
- Select "Attend"
- Update your Chat Profile and upload your resume
Join Internship & Workforce Services, as we host Valencia's Virtual Job Fair Spring 2021! We hope to help create meaningful connections between students, alumni, and employers. This all majors fair is designed to give you the opportunity to fill full-time and part-time roles, as well as internships within local and national companies and connect with industry leaders.
To better prepare, we encourage you to attend virtual workshops. Learn how to research companies and employers, get tips on navigating a virtual fair, and the importance of following up with employers after the fair.

Frequently Asked Questions - Virtual Fairs
Do I need to register to attend the fair?
Yes! You are required to register on Navigator to participate the fair. When you
click the attend button, you will be asked to complete your video chat profile and
upload your resume, which will be shown to employers.
Is there a dress code?
Even though you're meeting employers remotely, students are still expected to dress
professionally. Employers want your very best first impression, which includes appearance.
What should I "bring" to the fair?
Have your resume on hand, just in case employers ask you something specific about
your experience. Additionally, have a pen and paper for note taking. You may talk
with several companies during the fair and want to remember specific information for
each employer.
What organizations will be participating in the fair?
Representatives from a wide variety of industries attend the fair - Business, Information
Technology, Engineering, Hospitality, Public Safety, Health, Media and Communications,
Early Childhood Education, etc. Log in to Navigator to see the full list of employers.
I've never attended a virtual job fair. How does it work?
Many of the tips you've seen for in-person fairs still apply. However, interacting
with someone over video is different than face-to-face and requires you to prepare
in another way. We highly encourage you to attend the Job Fair Preparation Workshops.

What should I bring to the fair?
Bring your Valencia ID card or know your VID number and multiple copies of your resumes.
Is there a dress code?
Yes, students are required to dress professionally. Examples of this include closed-toe
shoes, dresses with jackets, suits, dress shirt with tie, slacks, or skirts with blouses.
Jeans, shorts, tank tops, sweats, flip flops, and sneakers are not allowed. Please be aware, if you come to the fair inappropriately dressed, you may be turned away. Employers expect your very best first impression and your appearance matters.
Do I need to register to attend the fair?
No, students and alumni do not need to register. Attendees will be asked to check-in
with staff upon arrival to receive a nametag, list of employers, and tote bag.
Can I attend if I take classes at another campus?
Yes, this event is open to all students college-wide, as well as alumni.
