 Welcome to Valencia's Study Abroad
and Global Experiences (SAGE) website. Valencia
offers international study abroad opportunities for students,
as well as a number of international professional development opportunities for faculty and staff. For more information, click on one of the selections listed on the left.
Mission Statement
The mission of SAGE is to prepare students to live, work, and
collaborate effectively in a global community by providing
learning experiences that promote an understanding of cultural
diversity, increase language acquisition and fluency, and
develop intercultural competency.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS
- Call for Faculty-Led Study Abroad Program Proposals November 1, 2011 through
February 29, 2012: If you intend on running a study abroad program from September 01, 2012 through July 31, 2013 you must complete the proposal application packet. SAGE Advisory Committee approval notification will be given by the end of March, and Student Development funding notification will be given by July. Attend one of our workshops to introduce you to this process.
