Planned Systems Outage


Our Banner maintenance successfully concluded at 1 PM yesterday providing access to Atlas and related services.  We continue to work with Microsoft to address ongoing issues with student access to Atlas email and Office 365.  Please be sure to contact the Atlas Help Desk with any issues you may experience outside of Atlas email or Office 365.

Valencia College systems are currently undergoing planned maintenance through Monday, February 10, 2020.

Atlas and select Valencia College website features will become available at 5 p.m. on Sunday, February 9, 2020.

  • During this time, registration is unavailable. Students will be able to register again on Sunday, February 9 at 5 p.m.

Banner and Banner-related applications will become available at 7 a.m. on Monday, February 10, 2020.

Withdrawal Deadline

Due to this outage, we have moved the withdrawal deadline for part-of-term courses that are held during the first eight weeks of the term (January 6 – February 26) from 11:59 p.m. on Friday, February 7 to 11:59 p.m. on Monday, February 10.

 
Available Systems

The following systems are still available during this upgrade:

Office 365 products are available (Word, Powerpoint, etc.) Students will need to use their email address that includes @mail.valenciacollege.edu
