PepsiCo Foundation Uplift Scholars Program

The PepsiCo Foundation Uplift Scholars Program is part of a $40 million initiative from PepsiCo, and in partnership with the American Association for Community Colleges (AACC) to provide access and opportunity for students to pursue higher education. PepsiCo Foundation and AACC has partnered with Valencia College Foundation to provide scholarships and dedicated support to students in select workforce programs with the goal of increasing career placement in high skill, high wage jobs in the local community.

At Valencia College, the PepsiCo Foundation Uplift Scholars Program provides scholarship assistance, resources and dedicated support for students pursuing select workforce programs. Up to 80 scholarships will be awarded annually for students enrolled in the following programs:

Associate Degrees (A.A. and A.S.):

  • Advanced Manufacturing and Automation Technology
  • Business Administration
  • Computer Information Technology
  • Electronic Engineering Technology
  • Supervision and Management for Industry

Accelerated Skills Training (AST) Program:

  • Mechatronics
  • Distribution Operations Technician
  • Commercial Driver’s License/CDL Certification

Eligibility Requirements

Apply and Enroll

Must be enrolled in an eligible A.A and A.S. degree or AST program.

Minimum 2.5 GPA

Must maintain minimum GPA of 2.5 or higher each semester.
