Hey there, let’s get the word out on campus about your event, important deadline or celebration. Clubs/Organizations, Students, Faculty and Staff may submit a request to place your content on Valencia College campus TVs or campus marquees.
Campus TVs
Campus TVs are located collegewide, however, you can request specific campus- and location-based TVs.
You can:
- Supply your own design that meets the brand and design guidelines, or
- Submit your content which will be placed into one of many branded templates
We schedule your communication to run until the date of your event or a maximum of 30 days.
Design Guidelines
- Graphic Size: 3840px x 2160px (72 dpi)
- .JPEG file format required
- Maximum of 120 characters per message
- Minimum font size 30 px
- Use easy-to-read fonts
- Include date, time and location of events

Campus Marquees
Campus Marquees are located near the entrance of some campuses. You can:
- Supply your own design that meets the brand and design guidelines, or
- Submit your content which will be placed into one of many branded templates.
