Valencia College Community Affairs serves as a liaison between the college and the Central Florida community. Sponsoring and attending events is an essential part of our community affairs work. Our public relations team works to connect reporters to Valencia College stories and sources. The team maintains great relationships with media based on mutual trust and responsiveness. We strive to accommodate requests for interviews and access to our campuses whenever possible.
Our marketing team handles external communications for the entire college. This includes managing advertising media plans, helping maintain the website and third-party platforms and supporting various college departments’ needs throughout the year.
Web Services supports Valencia College websites and Atlas portal. Our goal is to deliver and uphold a high quality, unified and accessible web presence for Valencia College. We design, program and develop web and mobile accessible, standards-compliant websites following the Valencia College brand guidelines.
