Need help reviewing for the PERT or AAF? Learning Support has you covered! Here is some information about the process and hours of operation for on-campus and online tutoring.
Step 1: Complete the PERT/AAF review guide(s).
Free copies of the review guides can be accessed below:
Reading Sample Test* and READING REVIEW GUIDE (PERT Reading)
Writing Sample Test* and WRITING/SENTENCE SKILLS REVIEW GUIDE (PERT Writing)
Math Sample Test* and MATH REVIEW GUIDE (PERT Math)
Higher Level Math AAF Sample Questions and COLLEGE LEVEL MATH REVIEW GUIDE and ACCUPLACER Web-Based Study App
*NOTE: Score is not calculated on Sample Tests.
Step 2: Meet with a Valencia tutor
Meet with a Valencia College tutor for a PERT/AAF review session on one of our campuses or online. Please note that you must come with specific questions or identify areas where assistance is needed (based on your initial score and/or review of the guides in step 1).
