Skillshops are free workshops, or mini courses that provide real-life solutions to common student issues.

  • Encourage holistic development
  • Free to all students
  • Pre-registration required for Zoom sessions
  • Bring Valencia College ID or UCF photo ID to on-campus sessions for admission.
  • Space is limited at on-campus sessions. Attendees will be admitted until room is at capacity.

Skillshops will be offered in both Zoom and on-campus format.

Review the lists for each term to find Skillshops you are interested in attending. Pre-register for any Zoom sessions using the provided linktr.ee You will then receive an email with the link to the Zoom session.

Scholarships Supported by the Valencia Foundation

Every time you attend a Skillshop, you will be entered for a chance to win a scholarship. The more Skillshops you attend the higher your chances to win.

*You must be on time and attend entirety of the session to be eligible. Dual Enrollment students are not eligible.

How to Join

  1. Go to linktr.ee/valenciaskillshops
  2. Select the skillshop you wish to attend in the schedule.
  3. Complete the pre-registration form.
  4. Join the skillshop on time!
