Valencia College Class Schedule Search tool should be used to help you plan upcoming terms. Below you will find tips on how to use this tool, and definitions for terms used.


Updates

The course enrollment is updated each morning. If a course fills up during the current day this will not show until the next morning. For up-to-date enrollment, please use the class search function in Atlas.

Each of these fields will narrow your search. If you leave them blank, all options will be included in your search.

Data Definitions
Instructional Method These checkboxes will limit your search by instructional method.
  • Face-to-Face - Course with face-to-face instruction which may be enhanced with technology
  • Online - All class meetings and coursework occur online using the college-approved course management system.
  • Real Time Virtual - A course that requires students and instructors to meet online, in a virtual space, during designated days and times.
  • Mixed Mode - A course that blends the delivery of instruction between online and face-to-face (some hours are spent in the classroom with the rest being completed online). A minimum of 30% of the instruction of the course is delivered using some form of technology where the student and instructor are separated by time, space, or both.

Subject If you know the subject prefix of the class you are looking for, this will narrow the search by the subject. For a list of Subject & Department, visit Course Descriptions
Meeting Days Check the box(es) of the day(s) you want to attend. Leave all blank to select any day.
Class Types The form will allow you to filter your search results for specific class types.
Flex Start A Flex Start class is any class that starts on a day other than the official first day of classes for any Fall, Spring or Summer Full Term.
Honors In order to be able to register in an Honors course, student must apply and be accepted into the Seneff Honors College.
Linked A linked course connects two or more courses that a student takes together. Some sections of courses in the following area are linked: Foreign Language (intensive), English for Academic Purposes - EAP (intensive), and LinC - Learning in Community.
Service Learning Service Learning is a teaching and learning strategy that integrates meaningful community service with instruction and reflection to enrich the learning experience, teach civic responsibility and strengthen communities. There are four key areas of learning: academic, pre-professional, civic engagement, and personal growth.
Supplemental Learning A class supported by small group sessions led by former students who are selected because they passed the course with a high grade. These study sessions are regularly scheduled, casual sessions in which students from your class compare notes, discuss assignments, and develop organizational tools and study skills.
Global Learning A class supported by small group sessions led by former students who are selected because they passed the course with a high grade. Weekend Degree You can complete your entire A.A. degree through the Weekend Degree program on East Campus. All courses are held on Fridays, Saturdays and/or Sundays.
Location You can choose to filter your results to a single campus. Keep "Search all Locations" selected to not limit your results to any one campus. Note: Off Campus locations are taught at locations that are not a part of any Valencia College campus.

Search for CRN If you know the CRN for a specific course section, you can enter it here. CRN is a 5 digit code that refers to a specific section for a course. The course number changes each semester.
