Eligibility Requirements
The YouthBuild Program at Valencia College serves young people who lack a high school diploma and financial resources. The goal of program is to provide wraparound services to support students in completed their high school education, a career certificate, and ultimately become employed and/or enrolled in post-secondary education. In order to qualify for the program, students must meet all of the eligibility requirements listed below.
Must be proficient in English language.
Must live in the designated Central Florida zip codes listed in eligibility requirements.
Orange County: 32808, 32811
Osceola County: 34744, 34746, 34741, 34743
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Must be age 16-24.
Must be in need of a high school diploma or GED.
Must meet income guidelines.
