Student Rights and Responsibilities
The office for Student Rights and Responsibilities under the Dean of Holistic Student Support holds students and registered student organizations accountable as outlined in the Student Code of Conduct for the purpose of creating a safe learning environment by facilitating an educational process whereby students learn civility, social responsibility, and integrity.
Reporting
Alleged violation(s) of the Student Code of Conduct can be reported by students, faculty, staff, and community members. Student Rights and Responsibilities receives reports of alleged policy violation(s) of the Student Code of Conduct by students and/or student organizations.
If you have witnessed or experienced a potential violation of the Student Code of Conduct by a student and/or student organization, please submit an incident report.
Instructions
- Potential misconduct, academic dishonesty, and/or organizational misconduct violations of the Student Code of Conduct should be reported to Student Rights and Responsibilities under the Dean of Counseling, Advising, and Holistic Student Support.

What happens after you submit an Incident Report?
Once an incident report is submitted, the report will be reviewed for any potential violation(s) of the Student Code of Conduct by Student Rights and Responsibilities. You may be contacted for additional information regarding your report. Information will be shared with faculty/staff on a need to know basis as defined by and in compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act as outlined by the College.
