Disciplinary Records Check
If you are transferring to another institution and are required to provide a Disciplinary Records Check from Valencia College, please see the steps below:
- Email conduct@valenciacollege.edu with the following information:
- Your VID
- A copy of your photo identification (I.D.)
- Complete the student portion of the form required from your transfer institution
- A completed Student Consent to Release Form
What to Expect
Once your request is received, a Student Rights and Responsibilities staff member may reach out to you for additional information. If all documents are completed correctly then the Student Rights and Responsibilities staff member will process your Disciplinary Record Check within 5-7 business days.
