Cybersecurity Club
On behalf of the Valencia Cybersecurity Club, Welcome!
Our mission is to advance education in the topics of information security and threat mitigation. We welcome everyone from beginners to those experienced in information systems!
Our hands-on learning approach gives students training on how to deal with cybersecurity risks in both business environments and personal lives.
Topics include:
- Open-source intelligence
- Cryptography
- Log analysis
- Web application defense
- Preparation for capture the flag competitions
Club meetings are held on Tuesdays from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM (EST) in room 5- 155-WEC. Please note, there are no meetings over the Summer term. During this time, officers are planning and putting together training materials, challenges, and more for the following Fall term.
