The Campus Store now handles ordering ALL promotional and branded items for Valencia College departments. Please do not work directly with promotional item vendors.
Our Campus Store can assist with departmental orders of Valencia College branded or mascot merchandise for giveaway items like T-shirts, keychains, notebooks, you name it!
And what’s great is that all profits and proceeds from Campus Store sales go back into the College to support our students. We are one of just a handful of campus stores in Florida that is institutionally owned. Support the store that supports the image and culture of the College.

Order Timelines
Please keep in mind that orders for the pre-designed items listed below can be fulfilled in 3 weeks (for pre-designed items), 6-8 weeks (for custom designs).

Using the Valencia College brand guidelines, the Campus Store will work closely with your department and the Marketing department to offer a selection of custom, quality items that are appealing and economical, while enhancing our college spirit.
Fund Use Guidelines
Please note that certain Valencia College fund accounts prohibit promotional and branded items purchases. For guidance on which funds can be used, please refer to the Fund Use Guidelines.

If your department wants swag for recruitment, outreach, an upcoming event or other type of activity, the Valencia College Campus Store has it. Our Campus Store can assist with departmental orders of Valencia-branded or mascot merchandise for giveaway items like T-shirts, keychains, notebooks, you name it!
And what’s great is that all profits and proceeds from Campus Store sales go back into the College to support our students. We are one of just a handful of campus stores in Florida that is institutionally owned. So, support the store that supports the image and culture of the College.
By designating the Campus Store as our one-stop location for Valencia-branded and mascot merchandise, in addition to the profits supporting our students, we can eliminate duplication of efforts across departments, better negotiate pricing on orders, and ensure products meet brand standards and follow trademark and copyright laws.
Several pre-designed items are available to order now. And, if you don’t see what you want in the pre-designed items, the Campus Store can help with custom items too. Using the Valencia College brand guidelines, the Campus Store will work closely with your department and the Marketing department to offer a selection of custom, quality items that are appealing and economical, while enhancing our college spirit.
Please keep in mind that orders for pre-designed items can be fulfilled in three weeks. Custom orders take, on average, six to eight weeks.
