Fall Term Purchases
To set yourself up for success for the Fall term, it’s important to plan to have your textbooks and instructional materials by the first day of class. Take advantage of the following options to order your textbook and materials.
Want to ship your course materials directly to your home? You can do that! Just select the shipping option when you’re checking out, and we’ll take care of the costs.
On-Campus Pickup Option
Campus Store Order Pick Up
You can choose on-campus pick up when purchasing your course materials. If you do, you’ll be able to pick up your purchased materials at the Valencia College West Campus Campus Store window (located in Building 2).
If you select on-campus pickup, we’ll email you when your order is ready and you can pick up your order. Pick up will be available Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
When you arrive to pick up your order, make sure to bring the following items:
- Mobile device (if you have one)
- Photo ID
- Your pickup notification email, which has your confirmation number
Track Your Order
Want to know the status of your order? Now, you can monitor the status of your order yourself. Simply sign in to the Campus Store and select Order History. You’ll be able to check the status of your recent orders:

At this stage, your order is on its way. Please look for an email from UPS for tracking information.
Using Federal Financial Aid to pay for campus store purchases.
Students who would like to use Federal Financial Aid must submit authorization via Atlas prior to visiting the Campus Store.
Have books shipped to your home via UPS at a nominal charge.

The online bookstore accepts payment using Financial Aid or MasterCard, American Express, Discover or Visa.
