What is VC Vault?
VC Vault is a state-of-the-art package delivery system that is safe, secure, and reliable.
The goal of the VC Vault is to provide an efficient delivery and pickup service to the campus community using emerging technology.
The VC Vault is an intelligent parcel locker system that will allow students to place web orders from Valencia College Departments. Items will be delivered to campus locations and available for pick-up 24 hours a day, 7 seven days a week (at most locations).
The VC Vault monitors, tracks, and verifies all deliveries and pickups with built-in cameras to guarantee safety and security. When a package is placed in a locker, an alert is automatically sent to the recipient with a barcode that allows them—and only them—to access the locker and retrieve the package. All VC Vault locations are monitored by security cameras 24/7.

How long do I have to pick up my package from a VC Vault?
You have 3 days from the time you receive the first notification that it has been delivered. After the third day, your package will not be available for pickup. If your package is a campus store order, you will need to re-submit your order.
