Student Development

UFit is a co-recreational intramural and fitness program that is committed to improving the overall college health and wellness status of students, staff and faculty of Valencia College. 

UFit aims to uphold the health and wellness standards of Valencia College by providing a variety of free activities ranging from educational skill shops, interactive athletic classes and recreational sport leagues. 

In order to join and participate, students must currently be enrolled in at least one course at any Valencia College Campus, and be able to present a Student Valencia College ID card at any activity they are present for.  Staff and Faculty must present their ID as well. 

UFit can be found at both the Osceola and East Campuses.
