East Campus Fitness and Wellness
The East Campus Fitness and Wellness center offers a range of fitness options for students and employees. Improve your physical, mental and emotional health through movement and making healthy lifestyle choices. We offer physical fitness assessments, evaluations and personalized instruction to improve your level of personal fitness. We can design a personal fitness program to help you achieve your fitness goals.
The facility includes:
- Circuit and plate loaded weight equipment
- TRX suspension training
- Free weight area
- Cardiovascular equipment
- Showers and locker rooms

How to Join
Students
The East Campus Fitness Center is considered a classroom.
In order for students to use the East Campus Fitness Center, you must either be enrolled in Fitness and Wellness for Life, Strength Training or sign up for the Open Access Membership.
The fitness center open access program allows you to use the fitness center for a fee of $25 per term during non-class hours.

Get credit for staying healthy!
Get personalized instruction to help design a fitness program that helps you achieve your fitness goals. These courses provide transfer credits towards and an A.A. degree.
Employees
Valencia College employees may use the East Campus Fitness and Wellness Center at anytime during normal hours of operation.
