Grant Management
The Resource Development Office offers support and guidance throughout the grant life cycle. Directing a grant presents a unique set of opportunities and challenges. It's important to have a complete understanding of the grant proposal, the award notice and terms of the grant, as well as Valencia College policies and procedures.
The Resource Development Office (RDO) staff and the Grants Finance department will support the project director and will provide assistance, playing an integral role in the project implementation from a compliance and financial perspective.

Project Director training is now available through the EDGE. Please note that If you are a new project director, you will be required to complete the training.
