School of Arts, Entertainment, and Design

At Valencia College School of Arts, Entertainment, and Design, you learn alongside students who share your interests in an environment that fosters creativity. Here, one student’s success ignites another’s drive to excel. One artist’s creativity fuels another’s imagination. One director’s vision is realized in an actor’s best role. As college freshmen and sophomores, our students get all the opportunities that are usually reserved for upper classmen at universities. With an ever-expanding array of resources, opportunities and experiences, you’ll know that you’ve come to the right place: a place created for creativity with paths in place toward careers in arts business, arts education, production and more.

Programs

Valencia College School of Arts, Entertainment, and Design’s programs offer you ample opportunities to hone your talents while earning an associate degree. If you’re a performer or a visual artist, you can earn an Associate in Arts. If you’re the next Spielberg, you can attend what he has called, “one of the best film schools in the country.” If you’re a tech whiz interested in controlling and designing sound, lighting and more, you can earn an Associate in Science degree. Either way, you’ll learn from industry professionals in the heart of one of the nation’s top entertainment destinations.
