Requesting Official Transcripts

An official transcript is an institution-certified statement of your academic record, detailing the courses you completed and the grades you earned. Transcripts from your high school and any post-secondary institutions you’ve attended are necessary to enroll at Valencia College. If you’ve earned college credits by examination—such as Advanced Placement (AP) or College Level Examination Program (CLEP)—you’ll need to provide the official examination score reports for evaluation. If you attend another institution after Valencia College, you’ll need to provide that school with a transcript listing the courses you completed here.

Transcript Requests - Active Students

You are considered an active student if you have registered for at least one course within in the last three semesters.

Official transcript requests are made through your Atlas account. If you are currently enrolled in classes or are planning to graduate at the end of the term, be sure to select “Hold for Grades” and/or “Hold for Degree” before the last day of the current semester to ensure the transcript sent is complete.

How to Request a Transcript

Log in to your Atlas account

  • Click on the Students tab
  • Click on the Valencia Transcript Request Form in the My Transcript section, and follow the instructions to complete your order.
  • Video Tutorial: Order a Transcript
