Call for Break-out Session Proposals

To make this conference a success, the commission is seeking interactive and engaging proposals for the 50-minute breakout sessions across three main tracks:

  • Ethics, Privacy and Data Security/Responsible Use
  • Teaching and Learning Innovations
  • Administrative Process Optimization and AI Applications

The commission will also accept proposals that don't fit into these categories and relate to personal interest or other uses of AI.

Proposals should be faculty or staff-led and can cover a wide range of topics related to AI in higher education. You may also consider inviting students who are moving the needle on AI in higher education to submit proposals or co-present.

Call for Proposals

Submit a proposal by Wednesday, June 19. Please make sure to obtain approval from your supervisor before submitting.
