View Course Catalog, Register for Courses, and other helpful Tools

 

View the Faculty Development and Teaching/Learning Academy Course Catalog

There are two ways access the Course Catalog:

• Log into Atlas, click on the Faculty tab. Under the Faculty Development section, click Faculty Development Catalog.
• Log into Atlas using the Employee or Faculty tab. Navigate to the EDGE home page. Scroll to and click on the My Learning button. Under the Learn More section, scroll to and click on the Faculty Development button. Click on the latest Course Catalog button.

Visit the Valencia EDGE to search for, find information on, register for and withdraw from Faculty Development and Teaching/Learning Academy courses, as well as view your transcripts.

 

To access the Valencia EDGE:

• Log in to Atlas.
• Click on the Faculty tab.
• Click on the Access Valencia EDGE link in the Faculty Development box. A new window will open with a pop-up box with access to the Faculty Development catalog and upcoming course listings.
• Click on My Courses on the top right.
  Here you can view the course calendar, access your transcript, search and register for courses, browse the course catalog, seek advising and consultation services and check your training in progress.

To Withdraw from a course:
*Once a course begins, you will no longer be able to withdraw

• Log in to Atlas.
• Click on the Faculty tab.
• Click on the Access Valencia EDGE link in the Faculty Development box.
• Scroll over Learning tab in the upper left hand corner of the screen.
• Click View Your Transcript.
• Find the section and session of the course you wish to withdraw.
• Click the triangle dropdown.
• Select Withdraw.
• You will receive an email confirmation.

To access your Faculty Development transcript:

• Log in to Atlas.
• Click on the Faculty tab.
• Click on the View Your Faculty Development Transcript link in the Faculty Development box. A new window will open.
• Click on the yellow Transcript button.
  
• View and print your Faculty Development transcript
