Advising Services (Student Success Coaching) Assistance with degree planning, course selection, registration errors, academic warning/probation, and other academic advising questions.
Active Minds Student Organization- East Campus Active Minds is a national leader for young adult mental health advocacy and suicide prevention. Consider joining this Valencia College club and reduce the stigma.
Answer Center Provides information about enrollment, financial aid, assessment, transcripts, and more.
BayCare Student Assistance Program Comprehensive support services and access to free mental health counseling.
Career Center

Career exploration, employment readiness, resume writing, interview preparation, and other career-related services.

CCAMPIS

CCAMPIS is a federal grant funded by the U.S. Department of Education that offers financial assistance to low-income student-parents in need of affordable, quality child care services during their pursuit of post-secondary education.

Counseling Services College counselors provide assistance with strategies and resources to support student's holistic well-being.
Dispute Resolution Access to reporting forms such as: grade disputes, code of conduct, discrimination, Title IX, and more.

Al-Anon Mutual support program for people whose lives have been affected by someone else’s substance use.
Alcoholics Anonymous Find AA meetings in Orlando, Florida to help you on your road to recovery. Related to: Alcoholics Anonymous is a fellowship of people who come together to solve their drinking problem.  It doesn’t cost anything to attend A.A. meetings. There are no age or education requirements to participate. Membership is open to anyone who wants to do something about their drinking problem. Find more information at aa.org.
American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) Organization dedicated to education about mental health and suicide prevention, and supporting those impacted by suicide.

First Responders

2nd Alarm Project The 2nd Alarm Project, which includes Florida’s 10-4 Center for Responder Resiliency, is a nonprofit organization established to offer comprehensive, evidence-based resiliency initiatives in our first responder communities.
Code Green Campaign Our main goals as an organization are to improve mental wellness for first responders and to reduce barriers to accessing mental health care. 
Florida Division of Emergency Management Mental Health Resources for First Responders.
ResponderStrong Since 2016, ResponderStrong has supported the mental health and overall wellbeing of Emergency Responders, including Healthcare Workers, and their families. 
Suicide Prevention Resource Center Resources dedicated to the prevention of suicide and assisting individuals in crisis, programs, and training specifically for first responders.

Survivors of Suicide Loss

Alliance of Hope Alliance of Hope has been working to decrease stigma, increase understanding of the suicide loss experience, and provide direct support to survivors.
American Association of Suicidology Toolkit for suicide loss survivors and handbook for coping with suicide grief.
ASF- I've Lost Someone Support for individuals who have lost someone to suicide. Includes personal support, support groups, space to honor lost loved ones and a healing guide.
Florida Department of Children and Families Local support for suicide loss survivors.
Friends for Survival Friends for Survival is not just a support group, but a “suicide bereavement support program.”  A program that offers a variety of services on a long-term basis to meet the complicated needs of families.

Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors (TAPS) Support for survivors of military suicide loss by offering them hope, healing, and renewed opportunities for personal growth.
