U.S. Passports

Visit the Campus Store on three Valencia College campuses to apply for a U.S. passport book/card. As an authorized Passport Acceptance Facility for students, faculty, staff, and the public, these Campus Stores are where you can submit your application, along with the necessary documentation. The U.S. Passport Services will then decide eligibility for a U.S. Passport.

Be Prepared for Your Visit

  1. Download and print the DS-11 Passport application form. 
  2. Bring proof of U.S. citizenship.
  3. Bring proof of identity.
  4. Photo
  5. Two separate fee payments are required:
    • Check or money order payable to the U.S. Department of State.  NO CASH PAYMENTS, starter checks, or credit/debit card payments.   This payment must be a check or money order to be mailed with the passport application.  Prices vary, please see Passport Fees on the Travel.State.Gov web page for current prices.
    • Cash or credit card payable to Campus Store for Facility Execution Fee ($35.00) and Photo Fee.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the passport card?

A passport card is a wallet-sized, plastic passport that has no visa pages. The card is proof of U.S. citizenship and identity. Valid for land and sea travel only to and from Canada, Mexico, Bermuda, and some Caribbeans countries. It is not valid for international travel by air.

What are the processing times?

How to track the application?

Once you have submitted your application, you can follow up the progress online.  Please wait 5-7 days after submitting your application. Follow instructions and enter required information. https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports/need-passport/status.html.html

Do you do passport renewals?

We do not process renewal applications. Renewal application being an adult applicant with existing 10-year passport which has not been expired more than 5 years.

Do you offer photo service?

Yes, we do have photo service onsite.

Can we pay with credit card?

US Department of State fees must be paid with Personal Check, Money Order, or Cashier’s Check. The amount must be exact. Separate Acceptance Fee can be paid by Credit or with Debit card or cash.

I don’t have a birth certificate

Please contact you birth state’s Health Department or Office of Vital Statistics to order certified copy of your birth certificate.

Will I get my birth certificate back?

Yes.  Once your passport is printed, you will receive all your original documents back.  They will be sent to the same address as the passport, but in separate envelope. 

What if I don’t have a driver license?

Other Government issued identifications can be used. Please refer to information in section four (4) under Apply for your First Adult Passport:
