A resource for food and services.
In times of need, Valencia College students can turn to VCentials. A free source of food and essential items such as toiletries, VCentials is made possible through generosity of the Florida Blue Foundation, Second Harvest, and members of the Valencia College community. You can make an appointment and place an online order for convenient pick up or visit during operating hours to make your own selections. The software ensures your data security, following FERPA and ADA requirements. After a one-time registration, our staff will require your VID, email, and name for VCentials check in and check out.

How VCentials works
Step One: Register
Using your mobile device or computer, visit: valenciacollege.edu/VCentials
Log-in via your Valencia College Atlas credentials, register one-time for a Pantry Soft account, then log in when you want to place an online order.
Step Two: Visit
Schedule a visit online to select inventory items for pick up or stop by during operating hours and our staff will check you in.
Step Three: Access
You can access VCentials once per day. There is a limit to the number of items per day.
VCentials locations on Valencia College campuses rely on donations to provide food, hygiene items and more for students, faculty and staff in need. To donate in-date, carton-sealed food and hygiene products, drop them off at any VCentials location. You can make a financial donation below.

For and by Valencia College students
Any Valencia College student can use VCentials including full- and part-time, degree- and certificate-seeking, Continuing Education and Accelerated Skills Training students. Valencia College staff and faculty members may also use VCentials.
VCentials offers an ever-changing inventory of items that includes fresh produce, staples such as cereal, grains, canned goods, toiletries, etc.
Donations of in-date, carton sealed food donations and toiletries are appreciated. We are currently unable to accept clothing-type items, but we encourage you to donate these to Goodwill, homeless shelters, women's shelters, etc.

Frequently Asked Questions
What type of items are available?
The West Campus site will stock fruits, vegetables, bread, frozen and fridge items,
ready to eat meals, protein, water, drinks, snacks, and hygiene products.
East Campus carries cold items such as water along with canned items, breakfast foods, snacks, and hygiene products. All other sites carry canned items along with a small selection of snacks.

Where does the food come from?
Most of the food will come from our partnership with Second Harvest Food Bank although
we will be happy to accept community donations.
Do I need to track how many items I take?
You may visit one time per day and select up to 5 items for onsite or online shopping.

Can I donate items to the food pantry?
Stop by and we will be happy to accept unopened food items for our Valencia College
community. We are unable to accept opened food items or clothing.
Do I need to enter the day and time I’m here?
You will have the ability to book a next business day appointment and select your
items online for pickup. You are welcome to visit onsite while we are open and shop
as well. A one-time registration in the software is required.
What type of items can be donated? What can’t be donated?
We are happy to accept in date, carton sealed food donations and toiletries at VCentials. We are currently unable to accept clothing type items but encourage you to donate these to Goodwill as well as homeless and women’s shelters.
How can I support the food pantry?
Ways to support include: food donations, employee/community donations, monetary donations to the Foundation and volunteering.
Do people have to make an appointment to drop items off?
No appointment will be required to drop off donations while VCentials open. We appreciate
your generosity.
The grant-funded Child Care Access Means Parents In School (CCAMPIS) program at Valencia College offers financial assistance to eligible student-parents in need of child care services during their pursuit of a degree. The program aims to help participants remain in school and graduate with their degree faster.
