The Office of Institutional Evaluation provides guidance and support for faculty and staff members seeking to create, send, and interpret surveys, forms and other research projects developed using the Qualtrics tool online. Follow  these steps to activate your account.

New Features Have Been Added

1. File Upload

If you need to design surveys or forms that allow respondents to upload PDF or other files, Valencia College’s Qualtrics software online account now supports that.  More information about this new feature is available online. You are now also able to add a signature line to the surveys and forms you create.

  • You can create a question asking the person to upload a document (for example, a PDF). The file you request cannot exceed 100 MB. Learn more about this feature.
  • You can insert a file for others to download. The file size up to 16 MB. Learn more about this feature.

Over the past ten years Valencia has offered Qualtrics online survey design accounts for all faculty and staff members. Please check the EDGE catalog for more information about our survey design workshops, which are held periodically and can be offered upon request for groups of two or more.
