Credit Earned for Approved Industry Certifications

Below is a list of our current Industry certifications that you may be eligible to receive credit for. Students may earn college credit toward the aligned degree below if you hold one of the approved industry certifications listed.

However, if your Program of Study must be in the designated program below, and your industry certification must be current and valid.

Process for receiving the award of credit:

  • Locate your assigned Career Program Advisor in Atlas by clicking on the Courses Link – under the Academic Profile.
  • Contact your Career Program Advisor regarding the industry certification award of credit.
  • Send a copy of the License or Certification required – via Atlas e-mail to your assigned advisor
  • Your Advisor will complete the request form and submit the required documentation to the Program Chair/Dean for verification.
  • Once approved, the request for the award of credit will be sent to the Graduation Office to be processed (processing can take 2-5 days).
