The Hospitality and Tourism Management Associate in Science (A.S.) degree at Valencia College is a two-year program that prepares you to go directly into a specialized career within the hospitality industry, including: Hotel Operations and Management, Event Planning and Management, Restaurant & Foodservice Management, and Bar & Beverage Management. Our program allows students to become fully emersed in the ever-changing landscape of the hospitality and tourism industry, while learning about the latest trends from our highly experienced faculty.

Hospitality Experiential Learning Program

The Associate in Science Degree in Hospitality Management (Field Learning Track) is a unique pathway for those working in the Hospitality and Tourism industries to gain college credits for on-the-job work in hospitality. Students may qualify for up to 18 articulated credits for work-based learning and industry certifications.
