Downtown Campus Parking
Get around downtown quickly and conveniently.
Located in the heart of the City Beautiful, Downtown Campus places you in the center of it all—minutes from food and entertainment to shopping and parks. Plus, with public transportation right around the corner, including LYNX and SunRail, you’ll be able to experience even more.
A valid parking decal is required at all times on campus property, including downtown. If you park off campus, but within city limits, you are required to pay for metered spaces. Please note that while street parking—including metered spaces and surface lots—may be available, you will still be responsible for the parking rates even if you have a Downtown Campus parking decal.
Parking
Parking at Downtown Campus requires a valid permit at all times. There is a fee for parking decals, which are sold by UCF Parking and Transportation Services. The decal gives you access to up to three garages with approximately 2,000 parking spaces in and around Downtown Campus and Creative Village.

Set up your Downtown Campus Password
Before you can get your parking pass or access other Downtown Campus online systems, you must set up a DTC-specific password. Follow these steps to get started:
- Log into MyVC
- Search “Downtown Password”
- Select “Downtown Campus - Password Reset for UCF Systems”
- In the “Account” field, type your Valencia College ID number (VID)
- Complete the Captcha field
- Follow the remaining prompts to create a new password
TIP: Use the same password for both your VC and DTC accounts. When you change your VC password, update the DTC password also by following the directions above.
Purchase your Downtown Campus Parking Permit
Downtown Campus parking is limited and requires purchasing a permit from UCF Parking and Transportation Services to park in DTC student spaces.
- Visit ucf.edu to order your permit online
- Log in using your Valencia College ID (VID) and Downtown Campus password
- Provide your contact and vehicle information
- Choose to have your permit mailed to your home or to pick up your permit at the Parking and Transportation Services Office at DTC
The Parking and Transportation Services Office is co-located with Card Services and the Campus Store in DPAC, Room 151, and open Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
