New Way to Schedule Events Debuts at Osceola Campus

In December 1, 2017, requests to schedule rooms at the Osceola Campus moved over to a new system, Ad Astra Scheduler. The purchase of Ad Astra Scheduler aligns with Goal 3 of the Title V Osceola Grant. The software will allow users to see what rooms are available on campus, on specific dates and times, before they make their requests. The hope is that requests will be easier to fulfill because users can choose their room based on availability. Trainings took place in November and December of 2017. Osceola Campus hopes to move its class scheduling into Ad Astra Scheduler by Summer 2018.
