Planning Begins for Service Technician Certification

On December 14, 2017, members of the apartment, hospitality, and construction industries met to help Valencia College start planning its new Service Technician program. The goal of the program will be to train workers to maintain apartments, time shares, hotels, and other types of buildings. The program is being developed through Title V Osceola in partnership with Valencia College's Continuing Education division. Participants included representatives from TLC Engineering for Architecture, UDR Property Management, CLR Construction, ConcordRENTS Property Management, Royal American Property Management, Walt Disney World Resorts, The Bainbridge Companies, and Crossman and Company Real Estate Developers.
