Student, Parent, and Faculty Resources
Career Pathways are available for Orange and Osceola County secondary CTE students (high school and middle school) in a number of Valencia's A.S. degree and certificate programs. There are also several Career Pathways available for Lake and Marion high school students. These career paths help schools ensure that students acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for high-skill, high-wage career options. Recommended academic and technical curriculum is identified in each career path. Students have an opportunity to earn college credits for work completed in high school by successfully passing the specific pathway assessment required in each career area. Explore your path and see where it can lead. If you are still not sure which path is right for you, visit Career Center to take a career assessment and/or learn about employment prospects for careers in Central Florida.

Disclaimer: Career Pathways makes every effort to ensure the information on this webpage is informative and accurate. These articulation agreements will be reviewed every two years unless superseded by a statewide articulation agreement. Revisions to school, state and/or district policies and regulations may impact, negate, or change the implementation of the secondary or postsecondary programs, and/or courses described. These programs will also be reviewed and revised to accommodate and adapt to changing labor markets and demands. Valencia College and its consortium partners will actively seek to develop additional Career Pathways articulations as new programs are added at the secondary and postsecondary levels.
