Interlibrary Loan Services provides access to library materials not owned by your campus library. All Valencia students, faculty and staff who are eligible to borrow materials from the Valencia library are eligible to use Interlibrary Loan services.
Hold Requests may be placed on currently checked-out materials that are owned by your campus library.
For items owned at other Valencia campus libraries: In the Library Catalog, under the item you wish to borrow; click Place a Hold, then select the location where you wish to pick up the item.
For items owned at other Florida State College and State University libraries: In the Library Catalog, in the upper right above your search results, click on UBorrow. In the statewide catalog that opens, under the item you wish to borrow, click the UBorrow button, then select the location where you wish to pick up the item.

Time required for checked-out Valencia materials placed on hold varies depending on the due date and the timely return of materials by the current borrower.
Library staff will contact the user by Valencia e-mail when your item arrives and becomes available.
Loan periods are determined by the lending library.
Return items to the Check-Out Desk.
Interlibrary loan materials are subject to the same fines as materials owned by Valencia.
