Other Information Needs

Florida Electronic Library - The Florida Electronic Library (FEL) is a program administered by the Florida Department of State's Division of Library and Information Services. Florida residents within the access range can use FEL library databases. FEL uses a technology called Geo-IP authentication, which checks the IP address of the device you use to access the resources and compares it to a database of all IPs known to originate within Florida. There is no cost to access the Florida Electronic Library resources.
